Hungarian Academy

This Saturday is our first school day of 2019.

We are inviting students who like to learn Hungarian to join us on Saturday, January 12th, 4pm at the Marymount University, BALLSTON CENTER, 1000 N Glebe Rd, Arlington, VA

Parking: Ballston Center’s parking garage may be accessed from the rear of the building, off N. Wakefield Street. Overflow parking is available in the Arlington Gateway building located across from Ballston Center at 901 North Glebe Road. Meter parking is available on N. Glebe Road and

N. Fairfax Drive. The parking garage costs $2-3, street parking is free on Saturdays. 

 

Classes:

  1.         preschool for ages 3-4 - Kata, Nora (BALLSTON CENTER 3010) 
  2.         lower grade I. for ages 6-7 - Petra (BALLSTON CENTER 3018)
  3.         lower grade II. for ages 6-7 - Anita  (BALLSTON CENTER 3026) 
  4.         middle grade for ages 8-10 - Csilla  (BALLSTON CENTER 3034)
  5.         higher grade for ages 11-14 - Bia (BALLSTON CENTER 3046)
  6.         Hungarian for beginners - Alexandra (BALLSTON CENTER 3058)
  7.         Hungarian for adults - Rita  (BALLSTON CENTER 4004)

 

II. Semester classes: 1/26/19, 2/2/19, 2/16/19, 3/2/19, 3/9/19, 3/30/19, 4/6/19, 5/4/19

 

The Hungarian Academy is a result of the efforts of hard working volunteer parents, we need your support. The Hungarian Academy is grateful for the support of the American Hungarian Heritage House and Marymount University to provide classrooms for our school.

Students should come prepared with pens, pencils and notebooks. The school will provide books and pizza dinner for the kids at the 5pm break. 

 

Please arrive early to allow time to find the classrooms. We are looking forward to seeing you!
